We had an excellent experience with Boyd from True Climate. The company was able to come out same day on a Saturday. Our AC was not working and it was over 90 degrees in the house. Needless to say they are champions and helped improve our weekend by getting our AC back up and running. I would highly recommend True Climate and will use them again if I need help with our AC.

When we were having some cooling issues this week I called your office around 9:30a and by 1:30p the technicians were on site. The men were knowledgeable and professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. By 2:30p we had ICE COLD air and everything was working as it should. "I called on a Sunday during the coldest Winter we have had in a long time. Darlyn was awesome and sent someone the same day to look at our heater that was not working. The weather was awful but the technician was on time and very courteous. He was able to keep our unit running until the replacement part came in a couple days later."
